Theatre on Fire returns to the CWT with Lee Blessing’s moving drama TWO ROOMS, directed by TOF Artistic Director Darren Evans and featuring Kate Donnelly, Jason Beals, Craig Houk, and Michelle Dowd.

TWO ROOMS is the story of an American being held hostage in Beirut and his wife back in the United States, who has stripped a room in their house of all furnishings so that she can symbolically share in his ordeal.

Lee Blessing is one of America’s most celebrated contemporary playwrights. His plays have been performed on and off Broadway, in London’s West End, and around the world, and include A Walk in the Woods, Thief River, A Body of Water, Whores, Cobb, Chesapeake, and Eleemosynary. His work has received many awards including The American Theater Critics Circle Award, the L.A. Drama Critics Award, and the The Great American Play Award, among others.

Earlier this season, TOF's production of RACE, based on the book by Studs Terkel, was a huge success with critics and audience alike.
