In this tragi-comic play by noted playwright Lee Blessing, a man and a woman wake up one morning and find themselves in a strange house atop a mountain surrounded by water. The air is clear and the view exquisite, but they have no idea who they are or how they got there. Are they husband and wife? Is this their house or are they guests?

As they consider the possibilities, their mood shifts from bemused concern to anxious despair. The plot gets thicker with the entry of a young woman who claims to be their daughter and a lawyer trying hard to crack a murder mystery.
